Scott Tutt Building Co is Paramount

Exciting times are here for Scott Tutt Building Co. We are so thrilled to have been invited to be a part of the Paramount Builder Team.

We've started our first model - The Alisal - this month! We've chosen to do a Prairie style elevation, which has been embraced with rave reviews. We can't wait to show it to you!

You'll notice that the entire exterior is stucco as you ascent the gorgeously curved steps that approach the entry. Once inside, you will be welcomed by a tall formal entry; enjoy hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas; 11' hight great room ceilings and a granite island kitchen. Light, lots of it, in this bright open home will be a great mood booster every day that you enjoy this home.

Paramount is located in North Meridian, Idaho near plenty of new shopping opportunities and small office complexes to make life simple and easy. Located inside the community within walking distance is Paramount Elementary school and Rocky Mountain High School. Also inside Pramount, and just for residents, are plenty of pools, walking paths, parks and a fitness and community center.

Scott Tutt Building Company has released an entirely new plan, "the Cambria", for 2008! The Cambria, a 2,120 square foot single story home, is the ultimate in lifestyle living.

The Cambria is built around an interior courtyard. Bringing the inside and outside together in a living arrangement that allows extra light into the home, while maximizing privacy. The courtyard becomes another room, totally private.

The layout includes a generous great room with built-in options. The kitchen is gourmet, with an island, home office nook, and café all opening onto the courtyard. The two secondary bedrooms are in their own wing off of a family room retreat. The entry includes a powder room, a pottery barn type coat and shoe bench, and three different closets for storage. The owner's suite, secluded in its own section of the home, includes a walk-in closet, soaking tub, two sinks, a room for the water closet and a walk-in shower. This home with all the great features and the modern layout is built in classic prairie style architecture.
